Ms. Lori Wilke

Ms. Wilke has a nursing background and has worked in a variety of clinical settings. She has worked on the Acute and Chronic Care area of Guelph General Hospital, working with the geriatric population at Hilltop Manor, Meadowcroft Place and also at Sunnyside Home for the Aged- Region of Waterloo.

 

She also has extensive first-hand experience adjudicating and reviewing Short Term Disability Claims, Long Term Disability Claims and also claims for the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board. She has represented individuals at Canada Pension Plan Tribunals and performed audits of corporate long term disability plans and cases.

 

She has also worked as a Disability Management Consultant in partnership with corporate organizations managing their disability plans, performing strategic intervention, implementing attendance management programs and also developing return to work programs.

 

She has six years of extensive training in the area of psychiatry has assisted with more than 1000 Independent Psychiatric Evaluations, analyzing medical data pertaining to automobile collisions, work-related injuries, short term and long term disability benefits, fitness for work, medico legals and catastrophic impairment determination.
