Dr. Peterkin

Dr. Peterkin is a professor of Family Medicine and Psychiatry at the University of Toronto and a member of the Department of Psychiatry at Mount Sinai Hospital, Toronto.

Dr. Ajmal Razmy

Dr. Razmy is a psychiatrist and medical leader in Ontario, currently Chief of Mental Health at Brantford General Hospital and Lead Psychiatrist at Woodstock Hospital. He treats diverse psychiatric disorders, teaches at McMaster University, consults pharmaceutically, and holds expertise in sleep medicine, medico-legal evaluations, and independent medical assessments.

Dr. Anjali Sharma

Dr. Anjali Sharma is a General Adult Psychiatrist and Chief of Psychiatry at Cambridge Memorial Hospital. She completed her residency at McMaster University and holds an FRCP(C). She provides care across various clinical settings, consults for community health teams, and teaches as an Assistant Clinical Professor at McMaster University.

Dr. Josh Green

Dr. Green, a Dalhousie-trained psychiatrist, has worked at Connections Halifax since 2019, focusing on adult psychiatry, SPMI, and concurrent disorders. He is Clinical and Academic Lead for Rehabilitation Services and Assistant Professor at Dalhousie University. He teaches extensively and has published research on psychiatric rehabilitation and neuropsychiatric symptoms.

Dr. Angela Han

Dr. Angela Han, a University of Toronto-trained psychiatrist, provides outpatient and acute care psychiatric services. She has extensive experience across diverse clinical settings, including ECT, rTMS, and various psychotherapies. Currently practicing at Scarborough Health Network and Sault Area Hospital, she also offers telepsychiatry and addiction care consultations at EHN Bellwood Toronto.

Dr. Shrenik Parekh

Dr. Shrenik Parekh, trained in India and the U.S., and is board-certified in Adult and Child Psychiatry. Since 2012, he practices at Grand River Hospital in Kitchener, ON, treating diverse psychiatric disorders. He also teaches at McMaster University and participates in international mental health humanitarian missions in Guyana.

Dr. Emily Gavett-Liu

Dr. Gavett-Liu is a board-certified child, adolescent, adult, and forensic psychiatrist with extensive medico-legal experience since 2012. Trained in the U.S., she practices in Ontario and holds multiple certifications. She has led psychiatric evaluations for courts, worked in diverse clinical settings, and testified as an expert witness in complex legal cases.

Dr. Kwame Badoe

Dr. Kwame Badoe trained in Ghana and Canada, becoming a Fellow of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada in 1983. He has extensive experience as a general adult psychiatrist, serving as Medical Director at Canadian Mental Health Association Waterloo-Wellington.

Dr. Anson Liu

Dr. Anson Liu, board-certified in General and Child Psychiatry, trained at Sheppard Pratt Hospital and the University of Maryland. He has extensive forensic and clinical experience in the U.S. and Canada, specializing in personality disorders, PTSD, and autism. He leads psychiatric teams, practices telepsychiatry, teaches at McMaster, and provides executive coaching.

Dr. Shahzad Shahmalak

Dr. Shahmalak is a board-certified adult psychiatrist licensed in Ontario, with extensive experience in clinical practice and forensic psychiatry. He has worked in hospitals in the U.S. and Canada, held academic roles, and led psychiatric departments. Currently in private practice, he also teaches and consults for pharmaceutical companies.

Dr. Sarfati

Dr. Sarfati, a McGill-trained psychiatrist, specializes in occupational mental health and functional recovery. He provides psychiatric assessments and consulting for major insurance providers, maintains a multi-provincial outpatient practice, and serves as Medical Director for LifeWorks. He is an assistant clinical professor at McMaster and certified by the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.

Dr. Georges Loba Gutierrez

Dr. Georges Loba Gutierrez, a Belgium-certified adult psychiatrist, completed psychiatry residencies in Belgium and Canada. Certified by the Royal College of Canada in 2013, he practices hospital-based psychiatry, including emergency and dual diagnosis care for adults with intellectual disabilities. He holds academic and clinical appointments in London, Ontario.

Dr. Ching Ho Tsang

Dr. Ching Ho Tsang, a McMaster-trained psychiatrist and Royal College fellow (2019), practices inpatient and outpatient psychiatry in Kitchener and Cambridge. She specializes in geriatrics, medical psychiatry, emergency care, and collaborative care for underserved populations, including immigrants and refugees. She has global mental health experience with Mental Health Without Borders.
