Below is a clear outline of what to expect when you refer a case to us. From booking to final report, we prioritize clarity, efficiency, and client care.
Step by Step Process
1. Submit Referral & Book Appointment
Submit your intake form on our website or email us directly to submit your case details. Our booking coordinator will connect with you via phone or email to secure an appointment time that works for your schedule and your client’s availability.
2. Provide File & Medical Records
Once the assessment is booked, please send relevant medical documentation and background information to our file management team. This helps our assessors prepare thoroughly and ensures the assessment is tailored to the case. Please email your documents to filemanger@psycime.com
3. Assessment Takes Place
Your client will meet with one of our psychiatrists—either in person or virtually, depending on the referral details. Our assessments are professional, compassionate, and conducted with clinical and legal accuracy in mind.
4. Timely Report Submission
Following the assessment, our assessors will prepare and submit the completed report in a timely manner. Reports are objective, detailed, and formatted to meet legal and regulatory standards—ready for mediation, litigation, or internal review.
